A Heart for Missions

Last year we gave great attention to the Externally Focused Church, and this year our focus has been on “What’s really Important”. I am certain we all understand better now the importance of a soul receiving the Gospel, more than ever before. In addition to the ministry of the Word, we have learned more about having the compassion that Jesus had, and still has for His people. He fed, healed, and ministered to them, the Good News.

We can be grateful and glad that as a ministry we have extended that same love. We have extended our love, way beyond our means in the physical and looked to GOD to be our provider. AMEN.

With that said, God has impressed upon our hearts, that it is time to “cast our nets on the RIGHT SIDE of the boat” (John 21:6).  This is here we will find the fish. This is where we will find those in need of rescue from the waters, the children. The burden laid on our hearts, is one for hungry children of Africa. Since the month of March, America has grown so self-consumed with her own issues and understandably so, that we tend to forget those who can’t help themselves, who have no welfare or social security systems, healthcare, or any grandparents who can bail them out of a dyer situation.

We have prayed and been led by God in this decision. So as we share this news with you, we are ecstatic to do so. As a ministry we are sponsoring a young man in Africa. We now have a new young person to care for. He is 14 years old and he has been waiting 91 days for a sponsor. He is no longer unsponsored. He is ours to pray for, and care for. He was chosen because he wants to be a soldier. We want him to have the opportunity to choose the right army.

In addition to sponsoring this young man, we will change our focus for the holidays as well. For Thanksgiving we will purchase chickens and goats etc., for the families in Africa. These gifts will feed them for more than one day. To bring Christmas to the children, we will purchase soccer balls for the children in Africa. A soccer ball gives at risk kids living in impoverished communities the chance to enjoy their childhood.

We will continue to support the local mission field as it is our first mission field. We are supporting the children in the Riverside County School district by purchasing WIFI hotspots for our children to be able to continue to learn in the upcoming school year.

We ask that you join us on the mission fields both locally and foreign.
